Mystery writer Andrew Wyke’s home, like his mind, is filled with tricks, devices and games. He lures his wife’s young lover there, and thus begins a diabolical evening of cat and mouse.

Bob Alispach (Constable Higgs) has a BFA in Theater from SUNY Purchase. His last stage appearance was at Northport One-Act Play Festival, in which he played a detective. Bob is happy to be seen on stage with SRT as his specialty is Voiceover work. Recent roles include: various characters for Dune Classic Series, Bartleby in Bartleby the Scrivener, and Luke Cage in Daredevil. He has done many radio commercial spots including: Tums, Central Park Zoo and Honda of Yonkers. Bob can also be seen as a juror on Law & Order: SVU.


Allan Burke (Inspector Doppler) is a recent arrival to the San Diego theatre scene. Allan graduated from George Mason University with a MFA in Acting. Recent credits include multiple extra stints on Veep and House of Cards. He has appeared in numerous industrial videos including: Sexual Harassment, NASA; Vectors of Airborne Infection in Subtropical Climates, CDC; Top Secret Means Secret; SAIC. Favorite stage roles include: Peppino in Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Little Theatre of Alexandria; Doctor in 4.48 Psychosis, Capital Fringe Festival; Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, First Stage; Pantalone in House of Many Doors, The Source.


David Grogan (Detective Sgt. Tarrant) is returning to SRT, having last appeared in How to Succeed in Business. Favorite roles include: Wykowski in Biloxi Blues, Chance Theater; Pokey the Pirate in Pirate Dinner Adventure; Omar in The Gourmet Detective; Ernie in This Wonderful Life, Laguna Playhouse. David is also an aspiring playwright, currently working on a one-man show for Fringe San Diego called Stage Left/House Right. David wants to thank his family and friends for their ongoing support of all his creative works.


Tom Steward (Milo Tindle) is originally from the UK. In 2015, Tom starred in Different Stages’ production of Lone Star, The SD Fringe Festival production A Date with Death: Hollywood Confidential and played Bottom in a production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream in Balboa Park.  Tom starred in horror shorts Gravedigger and The Muse for Fog-It Productions, and is currently filming Casualty Films’ Time-Free Dentistry. Tom’s play, The Only Real Diner in Town, was produced by New Play Café in 2014. He writes for the website and is the author of the blog Watching TV with Americans. Tom teaches Film and Television Studies at Platt College.


Tim West (Andrew Wycke) first appeared at SRT last year in The Liar. His work as a playwright has been featured in SRT’s Out on a Limb (2012-2014). Local credits include: Kin and In the Heat of the Night at ion; One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest and Twelfth Night with New Village Arts; Arms & the Man at the Avo; Arcadia at North Coast Rep (Associate Artist – 1999), The Invention of LoveThe Little FoxesCommunicating Doors and It’s a Wonderful Life at Cygnet (Resident Artist); Demonology at Sledgehammer (Resident Artist).
